NSS Comments module allows advanced writing and displaying of comments in Microsoft Dynamics 365
The NSS Comments module in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment allows users to write comments on the customer, vendor, item, purchase, and sales document cards. These Comments function makes it easier for the user to write a note that can be on multiple lines.
Furthermore, Comments can also be displayed in the FactBox - the user has them available on the list or cards in BC. The user does not need to open the standard Comments Sheet page to view the note.
Modul offers the following functionalities:
- An external comment function that can be accessed on the standard Comments Sheet page on a card/list of customers, vendors, items, purchases, or sales documents.
- The information entered in Comments can be displayed in the FactBox, which can be displayed on the card /list of customers, vendors, goods, purchases, or sales documents.
- On purchase documents or a list of purchase documents, FactBox displays the information entered in the Comments on the given document, on the vendor and creditor card entered on the given document.
- On sales documents or a list of sales documents, FactBox displays the information entered in the Comments on the given document, the customer card, and the payer entered on the given document.
